Madhav Muppa, MD
Dr. Madhav Muppa is an experienced Psychiatrist with more than 10 years of experience. He is double board certified in Adult, Child, and Adolescent Psychiatry. Having completed his residency and fellowship at Louisiana State University, Dr. Muppa has both inpatient and outpatient psychiatry experience. He is dedicated to providing the highest quality care for children and adolescents struggling with mental health issues.
Dr. Muppa has a particular interest in treating mood disorders, ADHD, autism spectrum disorder, anxiety, and depression in children and adolescents and is well-versed in the latest treatments and therapies. Dr. Muppa is known for his empathy and ability to connect with young patients. In order to ensure a comprehensive approach to treatment, he is exceptionally skilled at collaborating with families. Dr. Muppa promotes open dialogue and actively includes parents and other caregivers in the healing process.

Phil Johns, PA-C, CAQ-Psych
Phil Johns, DMSC, MPH, PA-C, CAQ-Psych, is a native of Virginia and began his career as a psychiatric physician assistant in 2009. He is passionate about serving those with a wide range of mental health conditions. Phil completed his training as a physician assistant at the University of Toledo and earned additional degrees through Liberty University and the University of Lynchburg. As a physician assistant and as a health and wellness coach, Phil enjoys educating and mentoring others with his wealth of clinical and leadership experience obtained throughout his career.

Clarissa Carr, PhD, MEd, LPC
Clarissa Carr boasts more than 10 years of experience in the psychiatric field. As a Licensed Professional Counselor, Clarissa is proud to offer her therapeutic services to adolescents and adults struggling with anxiety, depression, and PTSD. Clarissa finds immense joy in working with children as she sees them progress throughout their therapy sessions and flourish into happy, competent people. Clarissa has worked in a wide range of both inpatient and outpatient settings, allowing her the flexibility to treat you or your children with the highest level of care.

Michael Johnson, Health & Wellness Coach
Michael Johnson is a Certified Health Coach and Certified Personal Trainer with more than 10 years of experience. Coach Michael grew up as a high-level athlete and took an interest in Health Coaching as a result of his athletic background. His experience in Personal Training and Adolescent Sports Coaching allows him to provide athletic patients the opportunity to have a supportive and positive role model to help them push their boundaries and succeed in their goals.
Coach Michael works with athletes and weekend warriors on a personal level to help them break down the mental roadblocks that impede their growth, mobility, and athletic performance. No matter the type of sport you are proficient in, Coach Michael is here to provide you with the tools and resources to unlock your competitive edge and help you achieve success. Coach Michael is also happy to work with anybody who wishes to get more active and stay in youthful shape.
Jennifer Campbell, PA-C
Jennifer Campbell Grant was born and raised in South Florida and now resides in Charlotte with her family. She obtained her undergraduate degree of Biology at University of Florida and her Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies from Nova Southeastern University. Jennifer comes to us from a community health center in NC where she gained experience in treating a wide variety of mental and psychiatric illnesses. Her current role also includes being the Director of Clinical Education at Wingate University Physician Assistant Program. She is fluent in both English and Spanish and is wholeheartedly determined to provide her patients with a safe space to navigate their journey to ultimate wellness.

Henna Habib, PA-C, CAQ-Psych
Henna Habib received her Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology in 2015 from Temple University in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Henna pursued her dreams of becoming a Physician Assistant and in 2017, she graduated with a Masters in Physician Assistant Studies from Chatham University, located in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. She has clinical experience in specialties such as psychiatry, pediatrics, internal medicine, emergency medicine, and surgery. Additionally, Henna has over seven years of experience providing outpatient services and specializing in medication management for all age groups, including children, adolescents, and adults.
Henna’s experience and expertise helps her provide a level of comfort for her patients. She strives to understand each patient on multiple levels to provide treatments tailored according to their unique strengths, goals, and needs. Her patients receive a communicative, thorough, detail-oriented, and most importantly, devoted individual every step of the way.
